Privacy Policy

The Renter's Companion Toolkit is a small, independent digital product. We collect as little information as we can, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you request the free repair request letter or buy the toolkit. We use it to send you your download and, for buyers, a receipt.
• Purchase details — the amount, date, and a payment reference ID. Card numbers never touch our servers; payments are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for, to send occasional updates about the toolkit, and to keep basic records of sales. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the site work: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting and database provider. Each of them only receives what they need to do their part.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do that within 30 days.
