If the toolkit isn't useful to you, we'll refund it. You don't owe us an explanation.
The policy
Email hello@therenterscompanion.com within 30 days of your purchase from the address you used at checkout, and we'll issue a full refund of the $39.
How long it takes
We process refunds within 3 business days of your email. Once processed, your bank or card issuer usually posts the money back within 5–10 business days.
A note on digital delivery
Because the toolkit is a downloadable PDF, we can't ask you to return it. We trust you. If a download or link ever fails, email us before asking for a refund and we'll send the file directly — most problems are fixed in a few minutes.
