This toolkit is self-help educational material. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws change and every situation is different. For serious matters — eviction, unsafe housing, discrimination, retaliation — contact a free legal aid line or a licensed attorney in your state first.
What you're buying
A one-time $39 purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the toolkit PDF and its templates for your own housing situation, including adapting the letters with your own details.
What you may not do
Please don't resell, republish, or redistribute the toolkit, or share the download file publicly. Sharing a copy with a friend, family member, or roommate who needs it is fine.
Availability
We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we can't promise uninterrupted access. If a download fails, email us and we'll send you the file directly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for the outcome of any dispute with a landlord.
